You can’t make this stuff up: Started up Android Studio to continue work on a thing, tapped “build” and, nope! Java error. Turns out my kernel upgrade the other day was not compatible with the JDK I’m using (!?), Maybe JDK v17 is a little old, and Gradle 8.13 is not the newest #dev #android #upgrade

Warmest it’s been this year! Spent some time in the garden enjoying the 17C sunshine, and battling ivy versus tree. Here’s a buddleia bush which refuses to be beaten back, next to a (Cherry I think) tree which the ivy is trying to reclaim and is also still alive somehow under the ivy.
